1. Purpose <\/b>

\n\nTamara York-Tallman L.L.C provides educational materials, coaching, and informational resources designed to help individuals and families understand concepts related to asset protection, wealth building, and financial freedom.\nThis Agreement ensures that the Participant acknowledges their personal responsibility for applying any information provided and releases the Company from any liability arising from the use or interpretation of such information.\n

\n\n 2. Hold Harmless and Indemnification <\/b>

\n\nThe Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tamara York-Tallman L.L.C, its owners, officers, members, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney\u2019s fees) arising from or related to:\n
a. The Participant\u2019s use or misuse of any educational materials, guidance, or recommendations provided by the Company;\n
b. Any financial, business, or legal decisions made by the Participant based on information obtained from the Company;\n
c. Any failure by the Participant to seek appropriate professional, legal, or financial advice prior to acting on the Company\u2019s educational content.\n

\n\n 3. Nature of Services <\/b>

\n\nThe Participant understands and agrees that all content, materials, and discussions offered by Tamara York-Tallman L.L.C are for educational and informational purposes only.\nThe Company does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and participation in its programs does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind.\n

\n\n 4. No Guarantee of Results <\/b>

\n\nTamara York-Tallman L.L.C makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the success, results, or outcomes of applying the concepts taught through its materials, consultations, or educational programs. Each Participant\u2019s success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and personal judgment.\n

\n\n 5. Limitation of Liability <\/b>

\n\nIn no event shall Tamara York-Tallman L.L.C be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to the use of its educational materials or participation in any program.\nThe Participant assumes full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and results.\n
