\nThe courses in this program are designed to give you a broad view of the key functions at
\nthe heart of any organization so you can make better decisions and accelerate your growth
\nas a Business. You\u2019ll come away with a strong foundational understanding of business that
\nyou can apply to your work, whether starting your career, changing your current career, or
\neven creating a new one.<\/p>\n

The first six months are focusing on the educational curriculum, and the second six
\nmonths are drafting your business trust documents, recording your documents,
\nconditional accepting our bills, and the litigation process.
\nThis course\u2019s format is online, Instructor-led, and extremely interactive.

 <\/p>\n

1. Trust Law<\/strong>
\nA trust is created to protect assets, tangible and intangible.
\nAfter completing this course, you will be able to read and understand estates and trust
\nstatutes and common law. Comprehend trust and estate terminology. Describe the estate
\nadministration process, trusts, their nature, creation, modification, and termination; rights
\nof beneficiaries; express, resulting, and how different trusts work. You\u2019ll understand how
\nthe government created the Cestui Que Vie Trust to seek remedy.<\/p>\n

2. Contract Law<\/strong>
\nContracts can make or break a business. Successfully preparing and interpreting a contract
\nallows both parties to clearly define expectations under the protection of the law.
\nThroughout the courses, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to spend time breaking down the
\ndifferent types of laws, procedures, and elements that make up contracts, as well as
\ninvestigate strategies to mitigate risk and minimize consequences if a contract is breached.
\nYou will also demystify legal jargon relating to contract law in
\norder to enhance collaboration between businesspeople and their counsel. By the end of
\nthis program, you will have gained a set of tools that will enable you to create and manage
\ncontracts in your business confidently and effectively and be more active and informed.<\/p>\n

3. Securities Industry<\/strong>
\nSecurities regulation \u2014 the law of capital markets \u2014 is complex because the marketplace is
\nconstantly changing, with new instruments to raise capital, novel ways to market and sell
\nsecurities, and evolving responsibilities to investors. Anyone whose work involves making or
\nmanaging investments or raising capital for their organization needs a solid grounding in the
\ntypes of instruments that may be considered securities and how the issuing, selling, and
\ntrading of these assets is regulated.
\nThis program will equip you to better understand and work within this complex and
\nimportant area of finance and regulation, and to gauge the potential risks, liabilities, and
\nprotections involved with securities in their many forms. You will begin with an exploration
\nof regulations around issuing, offering, and selling securities, homing in on the U.S.
\nSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration process and exemptions from
\nregistration. While exploring what constitutes a security in the U.S. markets, you\u2019ll discover
\nthe implications of defining a security and what regulations come into play. You will then
\nexamine the securities underwriting process and key steps in drafting, filing, and \u201cgoing
\neffective\u201d on an SEC registration statement. Lastly, you will become familiar with liabilities
\nthat can arise under federal securities laws.
\nBy the end of this program, you will have gained the practical knowledge to more
\nconfidently navigate the laws and regulations that affect securities and the capital-raising
\nprocess.<\/p>\n

4.Admiralty Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

This course is designed to provide an overview of Federal Admiralty law and its unique role in the U.S. legal system. Students will learn about the various sub-disciplines in the maritime law industry and become familiar with terminology particular to admiralty practice. Students will acquire the basic knowledge necessary to spot issues arising in an admiralty law case and the ability to analyze those issues consistent with a junior associate
\nat a maritime law firm.\u00a0 The course involves an analysis of the nature and scope of admiralty jurisdiction of federal and state courts.\u00a0 Admiralty cases often arise out of international shipping transactions which may pose such issues as choice of national law, enforceability of foreign forum clauses in bills of lading, and availability of U.S. admiralty law.<\/p>\n

5. Finance Industry-<\/strong>
\nAt the heart of any business is the ability to track, invest, and manage money. Without the
\nability to do these three things successfully and honestly, a business will not survive, no
\nmatter how good their product or service is. A clear understanding of how money flows into
\nand out of an organization allows us to attract investors, identify investment opportunities,
\ndecide with what organizations to form relationships or partnerships with, and even
\nmanage your own personal finances.
\nIn this course, you will examine the different roles of accounting and finance and how each
\ninfluences a business. You will analyze the financial documents used by accounting and
\nfinance in all businesses: the income statement and the balance sheet. Understanding the
\nnumbers on these documents will allow you to interpret financial information to inform
\ndecision-making in numerous personal and professional capacities.<\/p>\n

6. Private Banking<\/strong>
\nThis course introduces the role of a Private Banker and emphasizes the importance of
\nholistic wealth management advice. Get an overview of the knowledge and skills Private
\nBankers need to be successful. After completing the course, you will be able to: define
\nprivate banking, and explain the benefits of private banking. Navigate the DTCC (Depository
\nTrust and Clearing Corporation) which has a learning center to set up your own trust
\ncompany. LEI\/GMEI Numbers, CUSIP Numbers.<\/p>\n

7. Taxes of Estate and Trust<\/strong>
\nThis course will go through what should be considered in understanding how trusts and
\nestates are taxed, listen at a line-by-line explanation of Form 1041, and work through
\nseveral problems illustrating how Form 1041 should be completed in various situations for
\ndifferent taxpayers. EIN for identification of your trust.
