Course Title: Federal Taxation Forms
(Specifically 1041, 8832, 8822-B, 843, 4852, SS-4)



Course Description:
Offers comprehensive principles and structure of federal income taxation in the United States. The course explores the foundational concepts of income, deductions, exculusions and credits.

 Understand key components to the Federal Income System
 Develop fundamental skill necessary to complete tax forms
 Analyze and apply tax rules (Internal Revenue Manual)
 Apply related tax rules for income, deductions, and credits

Course Title: UCC Business Course
(Securing and Leveraging Your Business Assets)


Course Description:
To enlighten business owners, trustees, and entreprenuers how to understand and UCC law and structure filings correctly.

Learning Outcome:
 Be knowledgeable to the purpose and structure of the Uniform Commerical Code and its role in business law
 Identify Key articles of the UCC (especially Article 9)
 Define Critical terms as secured party (not secured party creditor)
 Distinguish between common law and commerical law.
